By accessing or using this website, you represent and warrant that you are physically located in the United States. Accessing or using this website from any other location is strictly prohibited. Users are prohibited from circumventing this restriction using VPNs, proxies, or other methods. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users outside the United States.

 

When buying an item or subscription, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full listing before making a commitment to purchase it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item or subscription (that renews until cancelled) when you complete the check-out payment process. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method until cancelled.

 

All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including partial use or unused subscription periods. Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms and Conditions, all PayPal transactions remain subject to PayPal’s User Agreement, including PayPal’s dispute, chargeback, and refund rights.

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, including for violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. If termination occurs without cause, access will remain available through the end of the paid subscription period, and no refund will be issued. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
